Casa Amelia - Villanueva is a boutique coliving of individual rooms in a palatial 1900 building, in the heart of Recoletos, 30 meters from El Retiro and 100 meters from Calle Alcalá.

The building has over 400 m², 3-meter-high ceilings and a grand entrance hall, fully renovated and ready to move in. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with a 65+ inch television shared by residents.

This typology is our most exclusive room, with a private en-suite bathroom. It comes with air conditioning, electric heating and a comfortable bed.

The rent includes weekly cleaning, laundry service, Wi-Fi, utilities and maintenance for any issue. This residence is reserved for women between 18 and 31 years old who are studying or working; no pets and no smoking.
