Casa Amelia - Conde de Aranda is a coliving of individual rooms and studios in a stately 1901 building, in the heart of Barrio de Salamanca, a four-minute walk from El Retiro and just steps from Calle Serrano and Calle Velázquez.

The 1901 building keeps its classic façade with wrought-iron balconies and has been fully renovated inside. It sits on one of the most sought-after streets in Barrio de Salamanca, four minutes on foot from El Retiro, two minutes from Calle Velázquez and six from Puerta de Alcalá, with Retiro and Serrano metro stations nearby and Atocha station 15 minutes away by car.

This typology is made up of individual suites with a private en-suite bathroom, facing the inner courtyard, approximately 16 m². They come with a 120x190 bed with lift-up storage base, open wardrobe, desk, air conditioning and a safety box. From €1,100/month.

The rent includes weekly cleaning of common areas, two sets of brand-new sheets and towels for exclusive use, utilities (electricity, water and Wi-Fi), maintenance support for any issue, and an on-site coordinator Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
